How Does the Treatment Work, How Long Does It Take, and Which Applications Can PROFHILO® Be Combined With?
A PROFHILO® treatment for the face involves injections of 2 ml of hyaluronic acid using very fine needles. The injection points are clearly defined: these are the so-called “Bio Aesthetic Points” – five on each side of the face.
Since PROFHILO® has a strong water-attracting effect, it distributes itself in the surrounding tissue, providing deep hydration throughout the entire face. This widespread distribution of hyaluronic acid in the facial skin is also referred to as “flooding.”
The PROFHILO® treatment is quick: it only takes about 5 minutes. You will feel just a slight prick from the injection, but you can immediately return to work or your daily activities afterward.
We recommend undergoing the PROFHILO® treatment twice, with a four-week interval between sessions. This is usually sufficient to achieve a visible anti-aging effect. However, we also suggest a follow-up treatment after approximately six months to maintain optimal results.
